Our coordinator Andreas Falk was in Brussels for RiDaysEU, the European Commission’s Research & Innovation Days, where a clear message came from President Ursula von der Leyen in her opening speech, citing the 3 main assets of Europe:
- Talent
- Funding
- Scaling-up
With that in mind, we were excited to hear Commissioner Ekaterina Zaharieva stating that the EC is doubling money invested in FP10 for Research and Innovation funding.
This will have a huge impact in enabling research and development for advanced/innovative materials in Europe!
