InnoMatSyn is organising an informal “Meet & Greet” session designed to connect AdMa funding actors from the project community and beyond, to open a peer-to-peer conversation on joint programming and provide a shared platform for strategic dialogues in sight of potential future calls for proposals. The event, facilitated by APRE, will take place on 25 June 2026, at 11:30 (CEST), online.
Funding bodies play a central role in shaping R&I agendas and are key drivers of strategic synergies across the European AdMa ecosystem. The Meet & Greet session marks the start of a regular engagement process with funding bodies representatives interested in InnoMatSyn and lays the foundation for systematic exchange in the next phases of project implementation.
The session is designed as a community-building moment: a room where funding bodies can meet fellow colleagues from across the EU, discover shared challenges, and start comparing approaches and practices from different countries and regions.
What to expect
The session is built around four main goals:
- What InnoMatSyn can do for funding bodies: Participants will explore the concrete value the project can bring them: the opportunities it generates, the strategic outputs most relevant to their work, and the ways InnoMatSyn can support in advancing their AdMa funding priorities.
- Meet your peers: The session will provide an open and informal space where participants can get to know their peers across Europe, introduce their own organisation and priorities, and start a direct exchange with colleagues working on similar challenges in different national and regional contexts.
- Shape future engagement: A discussion will be initiated on the needs of funding bodies to be addressed in the next phases of project implementation and in co-creation activities.
- Start a first thematic exchange: InnoMatSyn partners will facilitate a preliminary peer dialogue on existing approaches and good practices for project monitoring and follow-up, and provide a preview of upcoming activities involving national and regional authorities.
You’re not yet part of the community but want to be part of the conversation? Reach out to innomatsyn@apre.it to get involved in this and future events – we look forward to growing the InnoMatSyn funding bodies community together!
