Fostering a vibrant landscape for advanced/innovative materials (AdMa) in Europe is crucial for maintaining European competitiveness and making the most of the green and digital transitions.
As the demand for advanced materials increases in the coming years, for instance for the production of renewable energy, batteries, zero-emission buildings, semiconductors, medicines and medical devices, satellites, space launchers or planes, Europe needs to be prepared to meet this demand to maintain open strategic autonomy and economic security.
