APRE is a non-profit research organisation created in 1989 as a joint initiative of the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR) and other public and private bodies to support scientific and industrial communities by providing information, training and assistance activities on the EU Commission’s Framework Programmes for Research and Innovation.
The Agency is at the heart of a network of more 160 members from the Italian R&I ecosystem. Its Projects Department participates in Horizon Europe calls through its expertise in project management, training and information, stakeholder engagement and co-creation, dissemination and communication, policy analysis, innovation management and exploitation, responsible R&I and international cooperation.
APRE leads InnoMatSyn WP2 on the engagement of the funding bodies, and contributes to cross-cutting tasks such as communication and dissemination (WP5).
